The extruded profiles made of AlMgSi 0,5 aluminum have a high rigidity and do not fall shorter then steel.

Thanks to the use of aluminum and the low weight of the profiles, storage, handling and transport costs can be reduced substantially. Another highlight is the ecologically recyclability of the aluminum. The special used alloy gives a high stability when bend and surface treated. The silver anodized profiles show an excellent finishing and are applicable also for interior design and shop fitting. Groove depth 5,6 mm, Groove width 6,2 mm. Further applications of elements of the Group 57 can be installed in the groove by using key ways. The profiles are available in length of up to 6100 mm.

Mezzo strong is designed to span even greater distances. Thanks to its high degree of rigidity, this line is especially suitable for complex stationary structures. It also offers the option of wider grid dimensions. The twin-groove offers particular advantages for:

• special optical effects
• large graphical formats
• second groove layer for free configurations of fillings or technical connections.

Freeforms are possible using bent profiles with a radius of more than 750 mm. Thus it is quite easy to construct bridges with a span of up to 12 meters. As usual the profile 405 is used as support as well as groove because of it’s specific weight, identical minimum widths and additional technical connection.
